• Account information: Your name, email address, and a securely hashed password when you create an account.
• Billing information: Payment details are processed directly by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, CVC, or full card details on our servers. We may store your Stripe customer ID and plan information.
• Listing data: When you provide a Zillow URL, we retrieve publicly available listing information (photos, address, price, property details) via third-party scraping services to generate your reel.
• Generated content: The video reels, AI-generated scripts, and voiceover audio files we create for you.
• Usage analytics: We collect anonymized usage data such as page views, feature usage, and performance metrics to improve the Service.
• Cookies & local storage:We store authentication tokens in your browser's localStorage. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.

• To generate video reels from your listing data and photos.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To communicate with you about your account, reels, and service updates.
• To improve, maintain, and monitor the performance of our Service.
• For marketing and promotional purposes using only anonymized or watermarked content. We will never use your personal information for marketing without your consent.

We share data with the following categories of third-party providers, solely to operate the Service:

• Stripe — payment processing and subscription management.
• Cloudflare — content delivery and file storage (R2).
• AI providers (Anthropic, ElevenLabs) — script generation and voiceover synthesis. Listing data is sent to these providers to generate your reel content.
• Apify — listing data retrieval from public sources.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

• Active subscriptions: Your account data and generated reels are retained for the duration of your active subscription.
• After cancellation: Generated reels and associated data are deleted 180 days after your plan ends or your account becomes inactive.
• Listing photos: Photos retrieved for reel generation are deleted promptly after your reel has been rendered.
• Account deletion: If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

You have the right to:

• Access & export: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Deletion: Request that we delete your account and personal data.
• Correction: Update your account information at any time through your account settings.

The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.
