Terms of Service

ForReelEstate is a software-as-a-service platform that transforms real estate listing photos into AI-generated cinematic video reels with voiceover, text overlays, and background music. We pull publicly available listing data from Zillow, generate a narration script using AI, produce voiceover audio, and render a finished video reel for your use in marketing.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service.
• You represent that you have the legal right to use any listing photos and data you submit or cause us to retrieve, and that your use of the Service does not violate any applicable law or third-party rights.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone.
• Each account is for a single individual unless you are on a Brokerage or Custom plan.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

• Paid plans (Solo $29/mo, Agent $99/mo, Brokerage $249/mo) are billed on a recurring monthly basis via Stripe.
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel.
• You may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access to your plan features through the end of your current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will not receive a prorated refund.
• Your first reel is free (with a watermark) and carries no obligation to subscribe.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change takes effect.

• Your content: You retain all rights to the listing data, photos, and other materials you provide or cause us to retrieve.
• Generated content: ForReelEstate retains ownership of the AI-generated video reels, voiceover audio, and scripts we create.
• License to you: We grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, download, and distribute the generated reels for the purpose of marketing the associated real estate listing.
• Watermark: Free-tier reels include a ForReelEstate watermark. Removing, obscuring, or altering this watermark is a violation of these Terms and may result in account termination.
• Our marketing use: We may use anonymized or watermarked versions of generated reels for marketing, demonstration, and promotional purposes.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or programmatically access the Service without our written consent.
• Resell, redistribute, or white-label generated reels in bulk.
• Use generated content in a misleading manner, including misrepresenting property details or using reels for properties you do not have the right to market.
• Use the Service for any purpose other than real estate marketing.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

Our Service relies on third-party providers including Zillow (listing data), AI content-generation providers (scripts, voiceover, video rendering), and Stripe (payment processing). We do not control these services and their availability may vary. We are not responsible for any downtime, errors, or changes caused by third-party providers.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of listing details, pricing, and other information in generated scripts and reels before distributing them.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FOR REEL ESTATE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

• Active plans: Your generated reels are stored for the duration of your active subscription.
• Canceled/inactive accounts: Generated reels will be deleted 180 days after your plan ends or your account becomes inactive.
• Listing photos: Photos retrieved for reel generation are deleted promptly after your reel has been rendered.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Rhode Island, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Providence County, Rhode Island.
